Berrien County Doe Derby

Donate Your Venison and Help Fight Hunger in Our Community! This hunting season, your harvest can make a difference for local families in need.

On December 30th from 10 AM- 5 PM, the Berrien County Farm Bureau is helping support the fight against hunger by covering processing costs for the first 40 properly field-dressed does delivered to Clearwater Meats for donation.

By donating your venison, you can help turn a successful hunt into something even more meaningful: providing food to those in our community who need it most.

How to participate:

  • Harvest a doe and properly field dress it.

  • Deliver it to Clearwater Meats for donation: 5976 Old Pipestone Rd, Eau Claire, MI 49111

  • The Berrien County Farm Bureau will cover processing costs for the first 40 eligible does.

Whether you're an experienced hunter or simply looking for a way to give back this season, consider putting your harvest to good use and helping fight hunger right here in our community.
